If you run a search for SEA-FAI and look at the trips, there isn't a single one where it doesn't just look awkward. There's got to be a better way to build a line around it...

I'm not sure there is, actually. The only other option is a red eye turn where it's setup as a day trip, but then you could only do 3 of these in a week before you had to get 30 hours of rest.

I'll take the 24 hours of rest over trying to turn the plane having already been up half the night. At least you have a chance of getting proper rest then, even though there's no guarantee you'll be able to sleep. At least then you can call out fatigued.
 
How are the class dates for upgrade awarded? Let's say 20 pilots are selected for upgrade. Among those 20, how are the four class dates assigned to them? Someone told me the October award issued class dates out of seniority, as if it was a bad thing. I responded that I appreciate any additional experience I can gain prior to upgrade. I thought the class dates were awarded according to seniority, but I didn't see it in the contract and I don't know how to prove how the classes were actually awarded.

You make a preference in FLICA and they award if based on those preferences in seniority order, as I understand it.

It was just a text box that is near where you put your 121 SIC time in.

I heard he tricked a flight attendant into marrying him. Worst of all, she's a saint and and stays with him even though he has no redeeming qualities like amazing skills at the craps table.
