On that note- how does picking up a trade board trip for extra money work? I've emailed and messaged the person that dropped the trip but they haven't responded

Which trip are you talking about? And regarding the money, it's between the two parties to figure that out. I usually use PayPal.

If you're talking about it counting as PPU, it won't. Nothing picked up off the tradeboard is PPU.

If you are talking about a monetary award that was offered by another pilot to pick the trip up, then @grkero has it covered.

how does the cancelation pay work? I had 2 legs cancel today and now my FLICA is showing them taken away from block (obvious one) but missing from credit now too.

It was a CA day trip out of MSP last week. The person I took the trip from hasn't responded to my email or Flica message. I feel like I'm going to be hosed on this one

It won't show in FLICA. Just need to double check on your AUG settlement check that you're being paid for them (original trip credit).

On another note, does anyone know about pay when you go to upgrade and your sked is adjusted? I was awarded 92 hours for August and then when trips were taken off for training, I'm down to about 40 hours of flying. Am I down to guarantee? Thx

You'll get 92 hours. You'll have to check your settlement report for the month. You'll see the dropped trips coded as BSTG.

I'm in the same situation. Thanks for asking.

Now is the time to make fat stacks, assuming you've had a few trips bought off you. Front load your month and shoot for tons of credit. Will be a nice boost before your first CA check
