Incoming 121/135 time + time at company = time to upgrade. Not hard to figure out if the incoming time from everyone gets put in a spread sheet or something.

All I know is that back in Feb I was on the jumpseat to SAN out of IAD. In that almost 6 hours I had to get up at least 4 times so they could bring food up front.
