You're the second guy I've talked with who this has happened to, unless you happen to commute out of DTW and it was you I talked with the other day in MSP.

Nah. I'm still 30-40 hours short of the minimums due to numerous part 91 legs in a previous life. I've got reserve this month but will probably get a line in June before training. I need all the time I can get to meet minimums.

Probably was me. Being one of the lowest priority DTW-MSP commuters in the system is not fun.

How long did it take you to make it back? I was shocked that I managed to get on the flight.
 
For someone hired this summer, how long would it take to get MSP, and how long would reserve be there? What are upgrade times right now if a person was interested in staying in MSP and not commuting (zero 121 time).

That's a good question. A while probably. Lot's of guys in LAX waiting to go back to MSP. And nobody really knows if it's going to continue shrinking.

Gone are the days of the little Compass/Midwest/Minnesota Airline. Welcome to CompassWEST. Errr... wait. Maybe we'll go back to LGA next?? :-p

That's interesting. Someone I know said he'll be getting MSP about a month out of IOE.

How has the Delta 717s in LAX affected Compass' LAX operations?
