Lets recertify the Eclipse 500!

The thing never should have been certified in the first place. Not that it necessarily has problems but the WAY it WAS certified was entirely wrong. I'm guessing we'll see some heads roll on this one.

Seeing as how a lot of us in the certification industry saw this coming years back, I've got a few more predictions. The heads that will roll will be a few liberal and conservative darlings. A lot of politics to help Vern Rayburn and his buddies (including Gates) turn a huge loss into some sort of break even investment.

Roel Pieper, Eclipse Aviation's new CEO saying "Without a doubt, this special review will uncover what we already know - that the Eclipse 500 marks the safest new airplane introduction into service in 20 years."
