Layover food

lol I didn’t know chicken skin was a thing in Japan until I tried them at a konbini. Instead of leaving the chicken skin on the chicken and selling it to you for once price, Japan decided to do a Spirit and charge extra for chicken skin. To go with your chicken.

I've seen people have it (chicken skin yakitori) in food travel shows, but haven't myself. Any good? Or is it gross? I know Asia sometimes prefers textures that westerners do not.
