Jetblue question

For a number of reasons including having family in NYC, I have an interest in dispatching at Jetblue. Does anyone know what Jetblue likes to see in a dispatcher or their hiring plans? I am getting close to 2.5 years experience at the regionals. I know they are growing and expecting new aircraft from the coming years and new routes. Most of what I have heard about them has been rumours.

I don't really know what they look for, but I do know a couple of people I worked with at a regional got hired there as dispatchers. Good luck!

We generally hire a mix of both internals and externals, the current class going on right now is all internals, as was the one before...
