you mean the "be good stick" would have to come out of hiding???

I'm just waiting for the UN and/or NATO to call the home office number and say, "Partner? You need some peacekeepers? Kofi Annan's got a few extra sitting around HQ..."

That's okay... Jesse Jackson is going to come help the peace process along!

I understand student load numbers are below 200 now...whats going on? Prime flying time and only six aircraft are out? Thats not right...Also I talked to a representative from Keybank myself just the other day, and she indicated that they were no longer offering to many schools, and after a few months of their current system with DCA, they are going to withdraw. This doesn't come from me, but from Key admin. Any thoughts? Rather, any thoughts worth entertaining?

Since for you the glass appears to be always "half empty"...

How about the fact that this month's enrollment is up with two private ground school classes?

How about the fact that we just signed up 40 more students from China?

Look at the bright side dude! You will get your time and will be able to leave to the airlines soon enough. It looks like the hiring boom will stay that way for a little longer!

I may be wrong, but I believe the number you are looking for is 300. It was the first time in 5 years that enrollement dropped below 300. But, like PlaneDiveGuy points out...there were 29 enrolled in July, from what I've heard from admissions folks August and September look to be even bigger, and the addition of 40 Chinese will certainly keep everyone busy for a while.

Keep your spirits up, and remember patience is a virtue!

two seminoles collided recently...one containing Dicky Morris and Latta...Anyone know the extent of the damage? Ya think DCA is going to finally admit one of their aircraft was in an accident if it is determined to be substantial? Or are they actually admiting the C152s tail detachment was worthy of mention?

They meerly tagged wing tips on run-up 3. Only damage I heard of was a cracked Nav light.....no big deal.

What's up with the 152? I think I've seen it out there...wasn't that one of the planes damaged by wind...didn't the tiedown rip out of the ground? I'm not sure...

Apparently both were parked and one was trying to sqeeze around the other at runup 3, the tips touched and there was no damage, not even chipped paint...sorry to dissapoint. They were actually flying again shortly after that. Admit to who? Do you feel they should have a press conference everytime something happens?

As far as theC-152 that was damaged, are you talking about the one that was flipped in that storm a couple of months ago? If so, they did sit in the meetings and talk about it and show pictures and all kinds of stuff. They were not exactly hiding it in any way.

I don't recall the school ever trying to keep hush on any incidents/accidents. Hell, we are the only flight school that disclose even the most minor infractions through the ASAP program.
