In-house Delta Job Fair, October 20/21 2017

Lottery wet dream - A-10 and a private target rich range for it. Wake up, have a coffee, go do some bbrrrrrrrrrtttt and carry on with your day.

If you could buy an A-10, they would inop the cannon, unfortunately. :(

But wouldn't matter anyway. Those depleted uranium rounds would quickly eat a gigantic hole in your fortune.

Nothing to add.

They can hear. Some people just can't help themselves, salivating at the opportunity to convey their "point."

It does.

I tried to say that there were certain people "taking notes" but they don't hear me though! :)

It's just Darwin doing his thing when it comes to these people. Just sit back and enjoy the free entertainment. :)

6500 people wrangling for 600 spots for day two which means, "I didn't get one so they suck and don't respect experience" - today, and then in six months "I literally have no idea why they haven't called me yet, it's probably because I'm over qualified and don't have a moon landing". Basically those types put stuff on social media which basically means they're certifying their words.

True story bro!

So there is a post on FB in a wives' forum where the OP asks for suggestions on how to answer the question about what distinguishes him from others! And so many are jumping in with suggestions and defending the practice of completing pilot job applications for their husbands.

Quite a few female names on the FB comments where if you click you'll see pictures where it's obvious that the husband is the pilot, not her. So you have wives that are also writing some things that (if the same last name) are potentially tanking their husbands chances and they probably don't even know it. Some also admit multiple attempts for one person:

Stacey **********
I must say that was crazy. We had three people in the house, each on separate computers, just to try and secure one slot...and even so, we are on the wait list. Not one of us was able to get through in the first two minutes or so! Oh well...if it's meant to be, it's meant to be.

The wives group to which I referred is a closed group with 4000+ members. And these women are admitting they complete their husband's application without input from them (other than the technical facts). I think it's pathetic. That's my two cents.
