It's certainly a tough call. Not everyone looks at the place as a stepping stone to the majors, and the ones who do don't have many options right now. Seems to me that the smartest route financially is to take the quick upgrade on the Bro, then bid CRJ CA when seniority allows. Personally, however, I think I'd want at least a year in the right seat of the jet before moving to the left. Plus, EMB captains in years 2-3 don't make THAT much more than CRJ FOs in those years.
