91 cargo? Maybe I am just not thinking this through fully but, huh?

They fly their own stuff. They don't charter for anyone else. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong, I know I'm not, but don't make such a rude comment if you don't know what is going on yourself.

STUFF? I guess their cargo is [sniff sniff] under part 91. Yeah, whats going on in Allen, TX at night? ...lol

Sucks when it seems like there's NOBODY wanting/needing one at your airport. I'm flying a 150 to save some money. It's helping but I can't say I enjoy it. It's fun to fly around in circles but I'm starting to hate it as a cross country machine. And there's nothing like having the radios constantly squealing in your ear on a 2.2 hour flight. And having panel trim fall off into your lap.

Hey Jordan(or any other JCers for that matter- I replied as follows to your other post, I have a nice IFR Cherokee 180 with the panel securely in place.
"PM me your contact info. I might be interested. I have 2 airplanes and need to build some instrument time. Maybe we can do the safety pilot thing and just split expenses(no hourly for the plane, just fuel and lodging). "

As for the best way to build time..... network. I know myself and many other plane owners would love to share a ride. If i do the safety pilot thing we split expenses and take turns flying in my airplane or yours. Just the fuel, no $$ for the plane. There are many older pilots around also that would just like the company and to have an extra set of eyes. Go hang out at the airport!

It's drug tests, blood tests and paps. I think that counts as cargo. Either way, I'm building my time legally, for free, and getting my 135 mins faster.

Time to start a new thread on the matter. I have done this type of flying twice and seemed a rather shady op. I always wondered how the rules just bend here. I'm horrible with reciting the regs can you tell me what part of 91 explains this in detail if you don't mind? He was also flying around some preacher guy aswell.

PM coming

no, post the part 91.??? up here when you find it and don't look it up for me or to prove to anyone but for yourself for your 135 job interview when they ask about your flight time and experience. So your not saying...it's 91 but with 135 rules.

Wait...what? Coherent English. Use it foo.

Labquest is pretty legit. They own the blood and such, therefore not common carriage. Case closed.

Why should I have to prove that anyway? It's part 91 because they aren't chartering anything, they follow 135 rules... How do you not understand that?
