How bad do the airlines scrutinize over your driving record?

As I said before I was in the intersection when the light turned red, and it was not done with blatent disregard for the law and was no where near the amount of danger a person is in at those speeds.
 
It was my fault for being in the intersection when it turned red because to be completely on the safe side I should have stopped completely and not even pushed my luck. I have no problem taking responsibility for things I have done. But it was not intentional, and I'm not publicly BRAGGING about it like it's something that should impress every one!
