Paragon Jets Palm Beach, Florida:<BR />Scheduler / Flight Follower<br />Location: P West Palm Beach, Florida or Teterboro, NJ. <br /><div>Salary range: $55k - will pay for experience </div><div> </div><div>Position Description: Large cabin aircraft Part 135 Scheduler / Flight Follower. This individual must be able to schedule and coordinate multiple aircraft and crews, make decisions related to safety of flight, regulatory compliance, and customer service. Must become proficient with using scheduling and fuel software programs. Excellent communication skills and leadership potential are key strengths.</div><div> </div><div><ul><li>Manage daily aircraft and crew schedules in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures, maintenance, and Charter Sales</li><li>Develop flight packages and trip releases including: review No Fly Lists, TSA, weather, route briefings, fuel advisement, NOTAMS, and customer requirements </li><li>Obtain passenger and crew visas, required documents, APIS, handlers etc. for international trips</li><li>Maintain department records: Trip packs, maintenance, insurance, manifests, authorizations etc.</li><li>Coordinate aircraft handling, catering, fueling and hangar space with Fixed Base Operators</li><li>Maintain periodic reports for aircraft usage, crew duty, expenses etc.</li></ul></div><div> </div><div> </div>Requirements:<br /><div><ul><li>Flexibility in scheduling</li><li>3 years Part 135 experience preferred</li><li>Dispatcher license preferred</li></ul></div>Benefits:<br />- Health
