The Dispatch Assistant is also responsible for the input and management of customer schedules.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Specific Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for building customer schedules in the Aircraft Tracking System.</li><li>Responsible for the procurement and management of Overflight and Landing permits for the network.</li><li>Responsible for the procurement and management of all required Airport Landing and Takeoff Slots as well as all required PPR&rsquo;s for the network.</li><li>Responsible for charter and military operations coordination and management</li><li>Will be responsible for route building, planning and validation and upkeep of all routes used by the Dispatch/Flight Following Department</li><li>Will assist in the running of flight plans for the sales department</li><li>Will assist in the determination of airport suitability studies as required by the sales and operations teams</li><li>Other duties as assigned by the Director or Manager of Dispatch. &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>1-3 years previous flight planning or airline planning experience; Part 121 preferred.</li><li>Must read, write, and speak English fluently.</li><li>Must be able to work in the United States.</li><li>Must be able to work rotating shifts; including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Outstanding communication and analytical skills</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office.</li><li>Preferred: Knowledge of BlueOne, Aerodata and NavBlue Flight Planning Systems&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits (begin Date or Hire)</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive wages based on experience</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision coverage</li><li>401(K) with company match</li><li>Paid time off programs</li><li>Wellness and discount programs&nbsp;</li></ul><div><div><p><br></p></div></div> </div>
