Some of our initiatives include coordinating private air transportation for patients with cancer traveling to specialized treatments, participating in blood donation drives, and hosting VIP events in our hangar to benefit juvenile arthritis research.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><br><strong>Who We Are: EJM Flight Support</strong></div><div>EJM Flight Support is a growing department that is the central hub of EJM operations globally.The department is comprised of Domestic and International Flight Support Specialists that dispatch almost every flight that EJM operates.Domestic and International Specialists engage with internal and external customers such as crew members, Owner Services, Charter Solutions, Fleet Maintenance, Crew Recourse Planning as well as countless third-party vendors.<br /></div></div><div><div><br><strong>What Will You Be Doing?</strong></div><div>The primary function of the International Flight Support Specialist, Senior is to review international trips for feasibility, provide crew support and accomplish crew briefings, all while maintaining regulatory compliance and safety standards. International Flight Support Specialists use a custom checklist and closely coordinate with international service providers to account for all aspects of international trip planning.<br /></div></div><div><div><br><strong>Essential Functions</strong></div><div><ul><li>Provides highest level of service and safety for all flight crews, owners and employees by accomplishing feasibility analysis, coordination of trip changes, airspace monitoring and crew briefings.</li><li>Act as a liaison between Charter, Owner Services, Crews and the International Service Provider (ISP), ensuring appropriate communication and coordination between all groups.</li><li>Oversee ISP planning and coordination of international flights, including but not limited to: handling, slots, charter permits, fuel, parking, ground transportation, hotel arrangements, APIS and GenDec</li><li>Monitor weather and other events with the potential to impact aircraft operations</li><li>Provide back-up support to Domestic Flight Support Specialist and other FOC positions as required.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><br><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><div><ul><li>Prefer at least 2 years of FAR 91 /135 work experience with a minimum focus in Domestic operations. </li><li>Ideal candidate will already have specific international operations experience working as a Dispatcher etc.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><br><strong>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)</strong></div><div><ul><li>FAA Aircraft Dispatcher License and EJM Operational Control required within one year of hire date</li><li>Prefer at least 2 years of FAR 91 /135 work experience with a minimum focus in Domestic operations.
