Flight </span><span>Followers</span><span> </span><span>are responsible for</span><span> ensuring </span><span>timely</span><span>, </span><span>accurate</span><span> </span><span>and professional </span><span>communications </span><span>with</span><span> clients, crew, </span><span>maintenance,</span><span> sales</span><span>, and others as needed</span><span>.</span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></p></div><div><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p></div><div><p><span>Responsibilities </span><span>I</span><span>nclude</span><span>:</span><span>&nbsp;</span></p></div><div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Ensure supervision of </span><span>aircraft</span><span> movements including initiation, </span><span>en</span><span> </span><span>route </span><span>monitoring</span><span>, diversions, and post</span><span> </span><span>flight recordkeeping.&nbsp;</span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Communicate with both crew members throughout active flights </span><span>regarding</span><span> all </span><span>aircraft</span><span> movement and other pertinent details.  Timely and professional communication is </span><span>required</span><span>.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Send </span><span>timely</span><span> flight following information to clients that convey GrandView</span><span> Aviation</span><span>s dedication to exceptional service. </span><span> </span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Identify</span><span>, </span><span>anticipate</span><span> and take corrective action to minimize actual/potential delays due to scheduling operations, crew legality and maintenance issues.</span><span> Communicate all potential and actual issues to all necessary parties.</span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Advise</span><span> </span><span>appropriate </span><span>parties</span><span> of potential/actual delays and conditions affecting safety of flight.</span><span> </span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Keep </span><span>crewmembers</span><span> abreast of any potential changes that may affect their existing or pending duty assignments.&nbsp;</span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Responsible for communicating with the </span><span>appropriate supervisor/manager/director</span><span> on all activities within the OCC</span><span>,</span><span> including irregular operations.&nbsp;</span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Coordinate with immediate Supervisor</span><span>,</span><span> Manager or Director of Maintenance for </span><span>aircraft</span><span> assignment</span><span> changes</span><span>.&nbsp;</span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Coordinate with crew members to ensure that duty assignments are understood to include show times and locations, as necessary.&nbsp;</span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Have a strong understanding of the flight crew schedule, including but not limited to crew pairing requirements, crew position assignments</span><span> and </span><span>crew training requirements.</span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Plan</span><span>, assign and adjust</span><span> crew duty assignments</span><span> per regulatory and company requirements.&nbsp;</span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Inform immediate Supervisor</span><span>, Manager, </span><span>Director of Operations or Chief Pilot </span><span>of </span><span>pending crew problems and ensur</span><span>e</span><span> that all </span><span>possible remedies</span><span> are pursued as quickly as possible.&nbsp;</span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Keep </span><span>crewmembers</span><span> abreast of any potential changes that may affect their existing or pending duty assignments.&nbsp;</span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Conduct TSA Clearance with the No-Fly List</span><span>, Selectee</span><span> and Cleared List.&nbsp;</span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Accurately e</span><span>nter and verify flight logs</span><span> and</span><span> </span><span>expense reports</span><span> as soon as a trip has been completed.
