FLIFO?

I just got called for an interview for a FLIFO opening at my current airline, Southwest. None of my managers know much about the department, so I was wondering if anyone here knows the typical duties of a flight follower? Also is this a good way to get into dispatch eventually?

I've got a buddy that I went to Dispatch school who was a FLIFO for a few years and then recently got the call to upgrade to DXer. I can ask him to type out a synopsis of the job. Hell, maybe your getting his old job...
