After being in a hiatus for a long long time (more than 10 years), went back and got my medical and 4 days ago completed my flight review and got current to fly folks again.
I was quite rusty as you can imagine but I must have impressed the instructor enough for him to sign me off. Of course doing some self studying before hand does help.
Spent about $700 to get myself current. 4 hours of flying and 1.5 of additional ground.
Was worth every $ spent.
I can now officially be an air bum.
