It's not really a "freezing" problem. It is caused by "remnants" on the sensor that allows the fill valve to open. If the sensor is clogged, it thinks the tank is full and won't allow more water to be added.

You know, my folks used to have an RV camper that had the same exact same sensor problem with the tanks. Because there are a lot more RVs than bizjets, I would have expected a cheap, rugged answer by now.

Maybe I'll make my million by converting those magnetic fuel-float stick things into a solution for poop tanks. Pecunia non olet!
