I think if we had an actual form like the IPA B&G we could solve alot of our unity issues. Facebook is 90% by a dozen or so users and they think they speak for a majority of the crew members. Any dissent to that crowd is met with vile that is frankly embarrassing how fellow employees are treated. Maybe anecdotal, but during negotiations there were like 5-10 very vocal no-voters on our internal forum (non-company but certainly not private). They were by far the most active for those few months. Passed by like 85% or something.
