1 Sr. Coordinator, 1 Hub Coordinator, 1 Sector Manager are all open... Plus another Sector Manager is retiring in 3 weeks so there will be some more movement especially if B6, UA, and UPS hire some folks from here.

A hub coordinator, senior coordinator and sector manager are essentially the same type of job. They are not management positions. ASA called their equipment routers sector managers and XJT called them coordinators. The senior coordinator and hub coordinator both did tail routing but there focus in tail routing and authority differed slightly. PHL_Approach is a XJT coordinator and can explain it better than I can. On the ASA side, sector managers may not be dispatchers though most are. All coordinators are dispatchers on the XJT side. All positions are TWU positions.

FYI - Sector Managers are not covered by TWU. ASA has mx routers as the ERJ side does not.

I am wondering about an age issue. I wonder if they aren't choosing to interview me because of my age, I am over 40. I hear from someone else that like 80% of dispatchers hired are younger than 30. Can anyone confirm this?

Nope the last class had one in his 50s, 40s, 30s, 20s... The newest class has all age ranges and experience levels.
