First step is finding a nurse that pretty. Next step is marrying them. Then every nurse you see is attractive. As me how I know.;)
 
So do Skywest 175s have ozone converters? I know RAH's do not and they have a limitation section in the SOP that covers restriction on altitudes due to ozone concentration. It pulls the table from Advisory Circular 120-38. This time of year is particularly restrictive.

They don't, and as a result Dispatch usually files a lower altitude to ensure safe ozone levels.

This nurse's account of the events does make me wonder if something was wrong with aircraft 131.

If (and that's a big if) the nurse's story is true, the first passenger feeling sick could have been anything. The second passenger could very easily be a sympathetic response (ask any flight attendant about chain reaction airsickness!) but it does seem kind of strange that an ER nurse and the FA would start feeling dizzy as well, just because they saw somebody else pass out.

Could have been a pack issue to putting fumes into the cabin? We don't know more until something more credible is released by the FAA
