One person is an incipient emergency.So back on topic...
If (and that's a big if) the nurse's story is true, the first passenger feeling sick could have been anything. The second passenger could very easily be a sympathetic response (ask any flight attendant about chain reaction airsickness!) but it does seem kind of strange that an ER nurse and the FA would start feeling dizzy as well, just because they saw somebody else pass out.
