Eagle Interview

I received an email confirming me for the March 14th class the day I passed the review board, but no confirmation of a medical date yet. I called and spoke with LC today and she said for me to expect a medical on the 3rd at 8am...but I haven't received the email confirming it yet. If we don't receive it today we should tomorrow.

.

Still waiting to hear about a Medical date OR a class date....

Grrrrrrrr ;)

Did you guys have to fax back a fingerprint application form when you received the email confirming your class date?

Yes. It was in the email confirming my class date.

Sweet...I was just wondering if I was the only one. I can't stop smiling either! I live here in Dallas... Let me know if any of you 14th guys need any help getting around. I'll be driving to class every day.

I live a solid days drive from Dallas (1000miles). Would it be worth having a car there or are we going to be spending so much time studying that it doesn't really matter?

I was wondering the same thing. I really don't want to drive from KC, but I will if I have to.

From everything I've heard you will want a car there if you can swing it. Having to depend on rides/hotel shuttles to get around can be extremely frustrating.

If you guys are within a reasonable driving distance I would do it. 6 1/2 weeks is a long time not to have freedom of movement. You will want to go places to eat, buy toiletries, etc...

And to say that Dallas is not walkable would be an understatement.

Well then I guess I will drive. After all, 8.5 hours is not as bad as my drive to Hyannis for training. Talk about 25 hours of fun.

Nope all gouges are straight on. I recommend not even touching the trim in the sim.
One was sent home just before lunch due to paper work then after lunch one went home for the tech portion and one for the sim.
Long day but a great process. Everyone there is top notch
