Is that a status on your Delta careers page?HireVue-sent/awaiting Results.
Did anyone who have qualifications under review do something else different like a actual video interview? Because application in progress sounds like it’s not complete yet and we need to do something on our end besides the 9 questions? Does anyone else think that?
I had the same thought, “application in progress” sounds like it wasn’t completed. Not exactly the best wording.
HireVue just says “Delta received your completed interview”

Thanks nolayup because I never clicked the# 2 where it says practice or interview. B/c I did my from a mobile device. Did anyone actually click on practice or interview to see if there was something in there to do like an actual video interview?

Mine said qualifications under review immediately after applying and didn’t get the 9 question “video interview” for two days. Then when I got that and took it, status changed to “application in progress” and about 2 hours later it changed back to “qualifications under review” and has been that way since. I wouldn’t worry too much about what the status says. If externals start getting calls or emails to test and you don’t hear anything, then worry. Just my .02

I'm not sure why anyone would get worried over whether or not they get an interview. If it happens, fantastic. If not, better luck next time. No sense in stressing until you actually get an invite to go down to Atlanta. That's when the real pressure begins.

Because some people would like to see their paycheck triple over night. That’s why.

I agree with what dx81 said. Once you apply it's out of your control, no sense in stressing about it at that point.
Plus, with cost of living in ATL, I don't think it's fair to say your paycheck will triple over night.

You can find a 1 bedroom apartment for ~1k/month in the area which is a lot more affordable than places like SF, NYC, BOS...

My rent will go up, max $500 a month. My paycheck is still going to go up by thousands of dollars a month. I’ve seen some funky math before, but none of it could convince me that keeping my rent $500 lower is worth losing out on $3000-4000 a month.

That is what I said. ATL is cheaper than all those options. And I’ll take 2500$ property tax with state income tax over 10000$ property tax and higher sales tax any time.
Not to mention the toll roads which set you back $4,000+ per year depending on where you live. I would go as far as saying taxes are higher in Texas than in Georgia. You just pay it in several different ways.

Oh, I thought you were being funny.
He said, “mute” instead of moot. So when you said I “hear” you, I thought you were making a joke. LOL
