Did anyone who have qualifications under review do something else different like a actual video interview? Because application in progress sounds like it’s not complete yet and we need to do something on our end besides the 9 questions? Does anyone else think that?

The status is on the hirevue and means nothing after you submit it. And nothing different after submitting the 9 questions. They’re probably just going through apps now changing the status from the day it was posted until now. I read online someones status changed to “not selected”
