DL hiring again

I saw the minimum qualifications, and I have several questions:
- What does the audiogram test entail?
- What assessments will I be required to perform and pass if considered for the position?

The AON is challenging for a lot of people. you cannot study for it, and it is proctored.

Crazy, another unexpected opening. Any know how many spots and what projected start date?
Likely just required to post so they can hire internals. I would not take it too seriously until they start expanding their fleet and routes again.

thats not depressing at all no sirr
Depressing, yeah. But not entirely inaccurate.

They love to hire dispatchers from the internal route, but also, getting a recommendation or two from an internal can help from what I've heard. I've had the pleasure of meeting a longtime delta dispatcher recently. Solid dude and extremely knowledgeable. Being from the South, and now living nowhere near there... ATL is not on my radar in the slightest. Best of luck to those that throw in for it.

Wow, that's really quick for DL. From what I remember, the hiring process was soooo long. It might have just felt that way though.
Last time it really was longer than usual, and they realize they lost some candidates because of that. But they have always been slow.
