You are correct, hence, "barring any last minute people who bow out", all offers have gone out by now.

Happy New Year! Does anyone know when interview invites will be going out for the internal posting? Given the anticipated start date of 2/17, I would think interviews would have to be starting soon. Thanks for any info. Good luck to all.

Internal AON tests have been sent yesterday im pretty sure, if not 2 days ago. So they have until the 7th to complete it. I imagine shortly after that interview invites will go out.

Also side note, it was confirmed 300 internal applicants. Someone told me they capped the posting to 300 and it would close when it got to that number.

I would imagine that an internal post wouldn't need quite as long with the company knowing most of the info and (at a minimum basic) background checks should be done already.

They do background checks after offers are made, for everyone

im hearing people got results for AON. I havent seen anything yet though. I passed it last time however. But usually they send an email saying that you have previously passed.

No not yet, i imagine they will send out requests this coming week

Any internals hear anything? I havent heard, let alone gotten an email that I passed AON even though i passed it last opening. Usually they send an email saying “we see you have already passed blah blah wait for hiring manager”. My guess is too many people passed AON so they have a massive amount of people to interview but thats not confirmed. That 02/17 start date is coming quickly
