I passed it previously and haven't heard anything. Status says "Recruiter Review"

It is a memory/workload prioritization test mostly. There is also a personality test at the end. Just be prepared to focus/concentrate is the only advice I have.

I believe if you previously passed the assessment you won't have to take it again for this posting. I have a friend who also previously passed, and his status is "Recruiter Review" as well. No testing invite.

They are probably going to compare their results with the results of the new group to determine who to interview.

So do I understand correctly that is much different that the Southwest assessment that is very dispatcher specific? Any study needed for this one?
 
I wouldn't read too much into the timing of testing invites. It takes time to get through all of the applications. 3-4 business days between invites doesn't seem all that unusual. With that said, good luck on your test. Hope you pass and get selected to move on to the interview phase.

I just got the email from Delta saying I passed the AON assessment. They are reviewing resumés and should get back with us within the next two weeks regardless of what happens.
 
Hope they will let us know within 2 weeks as they said. Last time, it last a month to get another email said we will hear within 2 weeks, then fast forward to 4 months later, and here we are again!!!
