I wouldn't get too excited about the possibility of a new SSP or flow… Because.
I notice you didn't say staple... So, staple?!

Ummm... you are aware about the preferential interviews at Delta for Endeavor pilots, right?

The amount of pilots that actually make it through is ridiculously low as well. Something like 10%?
Well, maybe... but probably only if DAL bails out Bombardier too!Read between the lines- this is a plan for DAL to get the C-Series delivery slots/priority that Republic has with Bombardier.
You heard it here first.
Remember AWAC had a "tentative" deal with them and walked away. How many regionals walk away from new flying?!?
The words "never again" have been uttered on that one, IMS.Yes, Matthew.
Sources tend to feel that when it expires, it expires.
The SSP is at a 50-60% success rate. That program is set to end sometime this year with the last eligible pilot interviewing. Those hired today get the DGI, which no one has been interviewed under yet. It'll be the full two day interview process after the candidate has served for two years as an Endeavor captain. The DGI currently has no date of expiration, other than it is attached to our contract which expires at the end of 2018. Those of us hired January 1st, 2015 to August 1st, 2015 currently have no interview at Delta.
Daddy D has made it EXTREMELY clear that they want to screen all of their pilot candidates. They're happy with our performance, but I wouldn't hold your breath for a flow to ever happen at any current or future Delta wholly owned.
Is it even in the contract? My understanding is that the DGI isn't even in stone in the JCBA at this point.
"Enpublic"I wonder what the new new name is going to be.

They are required to be CA's for something like 2 years before they can flow. Many ETD guys still around? They get a guarenteed flow right after the SSP guys right?

oh... thats not so great a deal then. whats the timeframe for that?
EtD guys would have been hired what, sometime in late 2014 to 2015? If so, and the fleet plan for the year remains as it is now, they'll probably be looking at upgrade by the end of the year or early in 2017
Would have been middle of 2014.
Maybe I am reading this wrong but arn't we past that camp?Yeah, that would firmly put them in the 12-16 months to upgrade camp right now, I would imagine.
