Being that DCA and I are on such great terms, sure!![]()
Actually, the guy that had problems with you on this webite is no longer here. He is running the another program as you well know. While the new president is Gary Beck a senior VP and Chief Pilot of DAL. Things are changing around here. The cost of the program will not go up that much. The program is going to be altered as well to eliminate cost overruns as well. The program with the Cirrus aircraft will be done with part 142 training in which it will involve quite a bit of simulator time in a Level 6 sim before the students climb in to it. Also, there will be more long distant cross country time.
They could put my mom as CEO of DCA and the sentiment stands.

Fixed it for ya! hopefully he'll take his predicesors tactics in mind and learn from them! While the new president is Gary Beck a senior VP and Retired Chief Pilot of DAL.
Regardless. I'd still like to see something official from DCA from the hassle and heartache they put me through.
Until then, I presume they're not apologetic.
And Gary Beck retired. They could put my mom as CEO of DCA and the sentiment stands.
I think that any school that trains initial pilots in a part 142 program is evil. Long term, the results from this can't be good. The only people that benefit from this is the school, as once you get very far along into something like this, you can't afford to leave. Where are you going to take 100 hours of sim time?I think it's funny RedBaron said the cost of the program won't go up much, but then says they will be using a "quite a bit of simulator time". Well duh. ERAU did the same thing. They are moving toward having students that graduate with COM/SEL+MEL Inst logging in the nature of 100 hours flight time. Poor bastards.
