Clearly I didn't convey the tongue-in-cheek nature of the post well enough.

"Eponysterical" - homegrown portmanteau of "eponymous" and "hysterical." :)

I wasn't thinking 'commercial' franchising, just a rambling retort from a twice-divorced guy (who has lived/worked in ten other states, and retired to Florida). Perhaps I should change my on-line handle to 'Peripatetic Larry.'

Heh. It's just that the oddball stuff seems to come from FL lately. I was raised there for the first half of my life. I'm well-aware of both the attractiveness of living there and the bizarre that comes with it. :)

(EDIT: there was also a Leisure Suit Larry connotation there with the post but I couldn't figure out a way to make that work.)
