I needed to get out of my hotel and go to my favorite place. The ocean. I got to Sebastian Inlet in Melbourne, Fl and walked around followed by a Coke Zero on the upstairs deck at the snack stand.

Roger. I flew jumpers out of 61C this past summer.
Small world. I’ve passed through a few times. I’d usually go to Fort with the helicopter. I think I stopped once for a passport stamp in the 180. Took me forever to find it.

Then proceeds to shoot an RNAV approach that has been notam’d “not available” for roughly 6 months.
Must be an airline pilot.

Our apartment's caretaker brought home this absolutely stunning classic one night, worked on it for maybe two or three days, and it was gone. I had a chance to ask about it when we crossed paths the other day, and he simply said it's for the girlfriend. They'd restore it, and put it away for the winter.

Lucky girlfriend, if she's getting a '63 Pontiac GTO. . . .
