CRJDriver

He drinks for free when around me. I'm not sure I could name a guy that embodies the spirit of JC more than him. He gets it.

Yet another way this site sets itself above the others.
Doug, you rock.
CRJ, great things are coming your way man, Karma is an amazing thing.

Well done for Dan to sponsor another aviators trip and for you guys with hosting his hotel. Hopefully he can land a job flying 777s or something!

Soooo... you don't see something like this happening at the other online forums. :)

Proud to be a part of this community. Thanks to Dan, CRJ, and D&K! :)

Bob

Congratulations CRJ! Without a doubt, the most deserving member of this. You've faced adversity over and over and never showed an ounce of bitterness or anger. You're definitely a role model for this site and an irreplaceable member.

Here's to Dan for being generous enough to offer something like this and to that of D&K's generosity too. Outstanding choice of a well deserving member, Doug.

Hear Hear!!!!

Well deserved. Congrats!

CRJ is an absolute machine when it comes to job posts, and pointing people in the right direction. You earned it man.

Hell yeah.

CRJ is the man. Though I gotta wonder...how much sooner if would he have found a job if he didn't have to compete with everyone on JC who saw his posts. :D

This is the reason why I like this place.

#1: Someone couldn't make it, and sent a check for someone who might not be as fortunate as them.

#2: Because there are guys and gals on these forums like CRJ Driver who go out of their way for people they know by what they post, only to find out that they look nothing like their avatar!

Well deserved.

When I was out of work I didn't go a day without CRJ forwarding me a job posting. He personifies pay it forward. Much love CRJ!

Am I the only one w/ nasty things to say about CJ?

Don't worry bud your secrets are safe w/ me for the right amount of lap dances at Vegas.

Seriously though, well deserved.

I'll say something bad. If he comes in my office one more time and farts I'm going to beat him to death with the ATP written study guides he lent me.

CJ, eat less cabbage. :D

First, my hat is off to Dan who has gone beyond the call of duty in supporting jetcareers and this profession. I wish everyone could be like Dan.

Obviously there is someone like Dan and that is CRJDriver. He never complains and is always the first one up to help someone. I would like to know how many folks are employed because of him!

Also thank you to Doug and Kristie, the two people that spend the hours on this project we all know as JC.

A wonderful choice and a wonderful story for the JC archives.

Joe

Dan called Kristie and I at the house while we were out having dinner this evening but we were already out.

He wanted to be anonymous, which he is because we didn't give his username out, but it was hard to convey what it meant for me to give CRJDriver his gift without "outing" him slightly.

I think the message is that when you don't think you're helping, YOU'RE HELPING and Dan probably had no idea that he helped me survive the dark days in the industry.

We're all going to be OK. We're all going to survive and flourish, just as long as we stick together and help one another in the time of need. We're all going to be there and hopefully we've all built up enough karma to be able to benefit.

It's a strange industry. But with the right networking contacts, the positive people watching your back like Dan, CRJ and many other members of our community, you will exceed your expectations.

Worked for me. If it worked for me, trust me, it'll do wonders for you.

And we've had LostPlanetAirman and HRDiva offer $100 for CRJDriver to "enjoy his weekend" in Las Vegas.

How awesome is that? :)

If that's not paying it forward, I don't know what is.
