CRJDriver

Def the best choice :rawk:...CJ, you rock my world and if I still owe you a nice bottle of bourbon and trip to the Pony in the ATL.

I'll split the cost of the Bulliet AND buy his first lap dance.

Seriously Dough :rawk:. Excellt choice, this is why I have still have faith in the elevator ride I like to call a career.

And when people say, "Oh who cares what I post here, it's just chat board on the innerweb..."

Remember this thread.

This board (and others) are made up of real people, who can help you with real opportunities. Or not, depending on how you've presented yourself. ;)

Very good! CRJ's been a really good person to read advice from and has really been a role-model on this site for me and others here striving to become airline pilots.

Wow, what a way to login in after finishing a late sim tonight. I don't know what to say after the accolades Doug posted. Its true I have been on JC a long time and always tried to pay it forward when I could. My first CFI job came from JC, and ever since meeting Doug and others at the first Networking event, I realized there was more to this site that just internet chat. Real people getting together to talk, network, laugh and make friends.

CRJ, although I told Doug to choose whomever he felt deserving, I secretly had you in mind. I wanted him to make the decision, but I am glad you were chosen. You seem to follow the same philosophies I do, never burn a bridge and whenever possible, try to help others in need. Enjoy the time in Las Vegas, and I hope that this opportunity allows you to move forward with your career.

I'll send a check for an escort of CRJ's choice also. :D

Seriously, no one is more deserving. He's a true asset to the community.

Doug, that is a well written and articulate compliment of Dan. I agree that CRJ is the most deserving of Dan's generosity. It is especially wonderful how Doug could facilitate this.

Doug, Dan, and CRJ; top notch.

This is a really great thing. I know that CRJ has helped tons of people here even when he was out of the job himself. Just the fact alone that he would do that shows some pretty epic character. He is definitely deserving of this, kudos to Dan for letting something like this happen.
