Just like UAL is "copying" DAL's fleet strategy with the used aircraft acquisitions (A319's) and the upcoming 100-seat decision/order.

At the end of the day, the only thing that matters is the bottom line - which method you choose to skin the cat is (fairly) irrelevant, as long as it gets the job done.
