Is this what HR would want to hear as well?

is is what the HIMS person said and the management backs them. Now would HR want to hear it? I have no idea, and I probably would tell them something different because they live in a fantasy world generally.

If you find him in the hotel van like this, don't get in the van. Find him in security? Don't go through security. You want to break the chain at the location that you find this problem.
