Part 91, at its best, is pretty impressive. Probably because it follows a bunch of 121 and military practices.
I mean, we ran that thing more or less like we were an airline, which, well, it was two airline pilots flying it.

To be fair the blanket statements are coming from an incredibly small number of people...
