Living here in Detroit, the BP can set up a checkpoint right in front of my house and stop and search me any day for any reason what so ever. Can they enter my house and conduct a search without a warrent like the DNR can?

No. The search must still pass the reasonableness test. And residences/curtilage still require a warrant.

Ok not to be a dick but these videos are awful..... can you say dumb and abusive? We/they had a good discussion going which was completely destroyed by Private Eyes.... need I say more? Really? Really?

I'm still working on getting more details but DEA and someone else from DHS escorted an aircraft into either PMP or FXE around 1300 today. I'll let you know what I know.

T-cart, I do know a guy that did traffic watch and while transitioning over down town he was nearly hit many times by an FBI plane. That is all the further I care to go into that on a public forum.

As the adage goes, a liberal is a conservative that has been arrested. I haven't been arrested, but my wife is western European, you know one of those democracies that allow us to park military airplanes and personnel on their soil. Met her while serving in the military in her country. She has a green card and she is hassled and treated discorteously on a regular basis. It has gotten a lot worse since the Bush years post 911.

When I go to Spain, I don't even have to pull out my greencard. I am simply admitted with a smile. The United States of my youth was a free country I believe. Not too sure now. I could list a lot of examples, but it would put me in a bad mood.

As far as the status civil liberties in this country I know this to be true:

The trend is not our friend!
