Hey guys, they're reinstating the flight plan requirement. Keep eyes open for anything else. I recommend filing IFR if you have your IR. The controllers told me even if you're VFR (like me), the flight plan will be treated as if it were an IFR plan. We need to keep on our toes and show everyone that we're on top of our game.

I feel sorry for you guys in the D.C. area. I bet it kind of zaps some of the fun out of taking the airplane up for a simple $100 hamburger flight...
