Are you talking about the "needle bug thingies" on the torque gauge that are disabled? The HMU does auto enrich for a constant torque climb. T6 is an issue though...We were, at one time, supposed to have a constant torque climb feature, but nope.

I would hope that the PM is honest with the PF and let's them know if their stick and rudder leaves much to be desired rather than just being silently annoyed.

As a collective, the royal We if you will, need to develop ourselves (if you haven't) to be proficient at ALL LEVELS of automation, in all phases, in your current machine. Anything less is a disservice.
