ATL A350 claims CRJ Tail

I'm honestly surprised camera technology hasn't come along farther in commercial airliners. You can get 360 degree cameras in a lot of cars nowadays, it can't be that difficult to implement something similar rather cost effectively in airliners.

Cost effective is a relative term. It's pretty rare for planes to bump into stuff while under their own power. It's VERY expensive when it does, but the cost/benefit analysis doesn't work out or they would have done it a while ago.

Airstairs are a fully viable evac exit. I’ve personally seen them utilized on a taxiway evac of a 727 that had landed on RW 26L at PHX and had a hung brake that started smoking badly exiting the runway.

Maybe people should have just chilled the F out instead? lol

It was a called for evac due to the heavy amount of smoke going past the cockpit. Point being that the aft airstairs were lowered as a viable exit, along with the slides. Was efficiently used. And no one had their giant roller bags with them.
