it doesn't matter unless you excercise it off
[/ QUOTE ] Well maybe this will help and maybe it won't. Like I said, I don't exercise other then chasing the kid. I switched my milk, sour cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, salad dressing, potato chips, mayo, croutons, etc. etc etc to fat free, low fat, sugar free, low sugar, everywhere possible. Most of the stuff taste just as good as the fatty or sugary stuff, but it significantly reduces the amount of fat and sugar. And it seems to be working for me so....maybe it's worth a try for you? Get exercise by um, bedroom sports, dancing around the house like a crazy woman, and chasing some neices or nephews if you have any. Lots funner then walking on a treadmill. You can add cherries or lemon or cucumbers or strawberries to your boring water if you want. And whatever your very favorite thing to eat is, limit yourself to one serving a week. Almost all recipes have a reduced fat or low fat version, ask Doug to help you out by cooking lighter (in exchange for said bedroom sports). Do things like dip your bread in light olive oil instead of using butter, and use yogurt as a fruit dip instead of caramel, etc. HTH, if not oh well, you are a great person anyway and I know your frustration of not loving how you look, but I think you are beautiful any way.
