What, you guys don't do that in the Emb?

Silly, in the BE-76…

We are authorized to do circle to land in VMC conditions on the EMB.

I did do the LOC 10R circle pattern to land 28L in the bowl of hills/mountains in MRY a few times.

Or the arrival from the north, enter right downwind, circle to land in the box canyon to RWY 26 at ABQ.

Or the 25+ degree pitch up attitude to hold V2+15 on the non-standard climb out profile in RNO.

Wind surfing the Santa Anna’s on approach into ONT.

Of course I always like to be about 10,000AGL on mid-field downwind then cleared number one for the visual.

Oh, well I guess its back to the boring least coast.
