AOPA outsourced my information to a 3rd party

Step 1: "Please add me to your do not call list"
Step 2: Write down every future call
Step 3: Hire a lawyer and cash in, it's $500 per incident IIRC.

Except Do Not Call does not apply to places you already have a business relationship with. I have told them multiple times to quit, and they won't stop. It has gone down to 1 nightly call now.

I don't have one. They keep burning up my cell. I guess I made a mistake by giving them my number. This is the first time it has happened, but they won't stop calling.

If your only phone is a cell phone and you keep receiving solicitations, you can inform them that they are calling a cell phone and to discontinue the use of that number.

In the collections world, at least, if you call the cell after that without permission you can get into some trouble. Might be worth a shot
