ORD base, I know Envoy has one too, but I like that small family feel of ZW. The flow at Envoy doesn't impress me considering it's 9 or 10 years, I really hope I wouldn't need that...but I get why it's attractive. The contract at ZW was a big factor as well. During the interview session yesterday we asked about negotiations on a new contract, and they were told the company said bring them a copy of Endeavor's contract and they'll sign it right now...which should tell you something. Not saying Whisky is perfect, but those reasons, plus health insurance (3 kids) and relatively short upgrade made it the right choice for me. That said, who knows how it will all play out.
