They do make a good chicken, but I've never been to a Popeye's that wasn't managed terribly ... how does a fried chicken joint "run out" of iced tea!?

I had a friend leave AMF for Mesa for some ungodly reason. When I said "Mesa, really!?" He said they all call it the "new Mesa". Only thing I can do now is send him a sympathy card...
