The Airline Safety and FAA Extension Act of 2010 has led to a safety record with zero Part 121 passenger airline accident fatalities. Compare that number to more than 1,100 fatalities during the previous 20 years, and there should be no doubt in anyone’s mind of the direct correlation between the safety regulations and today’s safety record.
