AirNow?

I thought it was interesting though the 10K raise in each of the first 2 years in the Bandit.... That's quite an increase. I wish airnet would take note of that lol.

as far as I'm aware, Melany LeTourneau is looking to staff Caravan captains at Williamsport, PA and 2 spots in the outer banks, NC.

You will have the typical UPS feeder schedule flying for AirNow. Fly someplace really early in the morning, go to a hotel for the day, and then fly someplace else in the evening.

I do have some experience with AirNow, and it was not good experience either. PM if you want the details.

A couple months ago I chatted with 30West about AirNow. he said it was a great company to work for. I think the only readon he quit was to get back to the west coast. Im sure He'll be in here to discuss this with you guys

I've heard kinda the same deal, and also seen some stuff on the series of tubes that concurs, the Carolinas don't look half bad either.

I think there was a guy on FI that was fired for refusing to fly an Airnow plane with no AI in IMC. Might want to ask him what he thinks of the company ;).

They have crashed several planes in the last few years. One lost and engine after takeoff (I think) and ended up in a Wal-Mart. No casualties. Another guy was doing an IFR approach in the goo and drove it into the dirt. I believe he progammed the wrong coordinates.

I looked at them before I got in to the airlines because I live close to one of their old stations (Lewiston, Mane). If they're interested in you, Mary Letourneau will call you and give you an on the spot quiz of some regs. I think I still have the questions somewhere. If you give her enough correct answers they will invite you for an interview. I never went to the interview so that's all I can tell you.

I remember reading about that. I believe the pilot then sued the company and won. Wrongful termination or something like that.

I see a "Rattler" pilot every night. Well just to get to the point he is an imbecile. Other pilots who cover his run are good guys. Those pilots say there's some good along with some bad about this company, just like everywhere else.

I've had the lovely experience of dealing with the above pilot.
Lying to ATC to get released before us. Stand up person.
