Not too much I can say that I havent said before about AirNow. I worked there for 3.5 years and had an overall good experience. I worked with some of the best people I have ever worked with and a couple that I dont care for as well.

As far as pay goes, the pay in the Bandit actually isnt as bad as people say. How much does Skywest pay its first year Brasillia captains(not including the pathetic FO pay to get to the left seat)? Prob not much if any more.

QOL is the only reason I stayed for so long, I had a CAKE schedule. And I wasnt the only one to have that either. Most of the schedules are pretty easy, very predictable, and you will be able to have alot of time at home.

Yeah, they look like a good gig, I got this other gig now, but I'm holding on to AirNow in the back of my mind. They offered me a direct entry bandit slot if I wanted it when it comes open. If I don't like Mokulele, or if I really need the money, I can go to the carolinas and fly. THough I think Hawaii is going to suit me exceedingly well.

Yeah, Hawaii or the the Carolinas.... tough choice there! Id definately keep that Bandit postition in mind as well though. Especially if they offer you Plattsburgh, best route in their system.

I will, I'm thinking maybe 6mos to a year here, and if I don't like the island l can come back.
